The Spring Maiden: Who is she?

Did you know that the 4 seasons of nature in our region can be identified with 4 feminine archetypes? And that they can be aligned with the 4 phases of the feminine cycle? And that a woman is thus in vibration with the nature that surrounds her?

The cherry trees are in blossom and for a few days a very special green covers nature: the first bright, luminous green of spring. This is the season of the Young Girl, full of vigour, clarity of spirit, energy and potential.

This archetype comes to bless all our springs… inside, outside, our phases of life, our new beginnings… but also all the places that need a little more energy to shake off the sluggishness of winter.

She is Artemis of Greece, the huntress of the moon, but also Flora of the Romans, the guardian of flowers, or Ichpochtli of the Aztecs, Modjaji and Oshun of central Africa, Ame-no-Uzume of Japan and Ma Gu of China, and the Samsin halmeoni in the ancient female myths of Korea (before Buddhism)… she is the energy of joy that has no limits, whatever the culture or attributes. Every culture in the world has goddesses of this energy of spring and exciting discoveries that come with beginnings.

What are the things that are beginning for you at the moment that are linked to this energy of spring and the Young Girl?
